Software Support Options
All incoming calls are directed through a Technical Support Coordinator who will verify your support status and log your questions. The coordinator will then transfer you to a support representative who can best handle your question(s). If a representative is not available, you will be called back in a timely manner. A call remains open until a solution is reached.
Support options to fill your needs:
- Toll-free, dial-in assistance
- Online chat with support engineers
- Web-based support
- FTP File Upload - Instructional Video (future development)
All CAD software purchases come with 30 days of free installation support (term begins after the software has been shipped).
Enrollment and attendance at any training class also comes with 30 days of free Technical Support (term begins after completion of the class).
If no Technical Support plan is purchased, support is available on a cost-per-incident basis of $65.
